Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of building and landscaping products. As a Sales Personnel, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in-store, over the phone, and online to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on building and landscaping products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, DIY enthusiasts, and landscape garden businesses.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company’s sales system.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve customers.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building supplies or landscaping industry.
• Strong knowledge of building and landscaping products and their applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using sales systems and basic computer applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or a related field is a plus.
