Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

By placing an order for goods or services advertised by DISCOUNT BUILDING SUPPLIES Ltd., you are considered to have agreed to our terms and conditions governing your order. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions outlined here, please refrain from ordering from DISCOUNT BUILDING SUPPLIES Ltd.

Order Acceptance

The sale of DISCOUNT BUILDING SUPPLIES Ltd. products is not deemed complete until we have accepted your offer to purchase them. Our acceptance of your purchase offer occurs when we process your credit card payment. DISCOUNT BUILDING SUPPLIES Ltd. reserves the right to reject your order at any time up until the moment we charge your credit card.

Customer Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order by returning the goods and notifying us within 14 days after receiving the goods. If a valid cancellation is made, no charges will be incurred. We will refund the full cost of the goods, including postage costs, within 30 days of receiving the valid cancellation.

Prices

All prices displayed are in UK Pounds Sterling. The actual amount charged by your card provider will depend on the exchange rates they apply at the time of debiting your card account.

Payment Terms

Payment is due strictly 30 days after the invoice date. Overdue payments of 14 days or more will incur an admin fee of £25 GBP. In the event of non payment, the customer will be liable for all debt recovery and legal fees incurred to recover the debt owed.

Delivery & Shipping

We strive to deliver your order to your door within 2-5 working days, although national deliveries may take longer. However, we do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within this timeframe or on specific days. If we are unable to deliver within the specified timeframe, we will notify you and offer the option of a refund (see our full Delivery Options page).

Complaint Procedure

In the rare event of  receiving a complaint, DISCOUNT BUILDING SUPPLIES Ltd. will respond promptly and effectively, taking appropriate action based on the severity and frequency of the issue. We will acknowledge any complaint within five working days and aim to resolve it within fifteen working days.

If we are unable to resolve the matter within this timeframe, we will inform you accordingly and keep you updated on further progress.

Legal Liability

Contracts for the sale of goods or services by DISCOUNT BUILDING SUPPLIES Ltd. through this website are subject exclusively to English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims arising from or related to these contracts.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
