Red Building Sand is a soft sand suitable for bricklaying, pointing applications, rendering and general building usage. Builders sand is the first type of sand called on for brick laying, thanks to its fine texture and the stickiness of its clay composition. Its clay-heavy composition also means it’s really compressible, making it easy to work with when bricklaying.Our Bulk bags are approximately 900kg.

Please Note
This type of sand-based aggregate is softer than its sharper, more coarse alternative. That means, while it is not suitable for concrete work, it is more suitable for the creation of mortar for bricklaying and basic paving applications.
